Is there a break between the ceremony and reception?

We have a break between our ceremony mass and our reception which begins after our venue, National Musuem of Women in the Arts, closes for the day. We recommend visiting one of our favorite bars, Maxwell Park, located 0.2 miles from the church or stopping by the Estuary Bar at the Conrad Hotel.

Is there parking at the reception venue?

Parking around National Musuem of Women in the Arts is limited. If you need to travel via car and are wanting to park, please contact us so can help guide you to a garage that will still be open after the event ends.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

We’re looking to have a kid-free evening celebrating with you! If you need assistance setting up childcare in DC, please reach out—we’d be happy to connect you with reputable providers.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
